• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period

• Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

4.5 Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods of service, unused credits, or if you choose to cancel your subscription.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading content to our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your images using our AI technology
• Store and cache images temporarily for service delivery
• Display edited images to you

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

5.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.3 Edited Images

You own all rights to images edited by our Service. We do not claim any ownership rights to your original or edited images.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to edit images. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

• AI-edited results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet your expectations
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all edited images before use
• We are not liable for any issues arising from AI-generated edits
• You should not use AI-edited images for any purpose where accuracy is critical without verification

7. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, create, or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains adult content, nudity, or sexual material
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Is intended to deceive or defraud

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability and reliability of the Service, but:

• The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt access
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable

• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
