•All images generated by Nano Banana are created using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini 2.5 Flash). The output is generated by AI algorithms and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or as expected.
•AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, biases, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any generated content.
•You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

Third-Party AI Service

Nano Banana uses Google Gemini AI through the OpenRouter API gateway. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Google or its AI models. Any issues, limitations, or concerns related to the underlying AI technology should be directed to the respective service providers.

We do not control the AI model's behavior, outputs, or availability, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

•User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload, edit, and use all images submitted to our service. This includes having proper licenses, permissions, or ownership rights.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.
